Eva Skira (Ambassador, Board Director and Hon Treasurer) awarded the AICD Gold Medal
Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) recently awarded a Gold Medal for the WA Division to Eva Skira. The Gold Medal is one of the highest awards available within the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and recognises an AICD member’s contribution to the community through business, charitable and philanthropic works and employment creation. The recipient upholds good corporate governance and high ethical standards in their personal, professional and public life, and the award is presented in recognition of outstanding effort as a company director.
The President of the State Council, Mr Frank Cooper, said “We are delighted to recognise Eva with the 2017 Gold Medal Award as she has made a strong contribution in each of her roles and reflects the high standards of governance and ethics the Institute seeks to inspire in all its members.”
Eva has an extensive background in banking, capital markets, stockbroking and financial markets. She has served on a multitude of Boards across a range of industries. The WA Parks Foundation is extremely fortunate to have Eva as a board member and also as a Park Ambassador.
