Explore: Discover where you can walk or camp with your dog in a park

Pets can harm native animals and disrupt other visitors’ enjoyment of parks and reserves. The Parks and Wildlife Service wants to maintain the natural environment and visitor experience of parks while providing equitable access for people with a range of accessibility requirements. Pets and other domestic animals are not generally permitted in Parks and Wildlife-managed parks, but there are a few exceptions.
