Explore: Riverton Wetlands Guided Hike & Kayak

Join The Hike Collective and Gogo Active Tours for this unique and beginner-friendly opportunity to discover a magnificent area of Perth through hiking and kayaking along the Canning River.

Embark on one of two options to start your tour, a hike along the edge of the wetlands, or a gentle paddle down the river to the Kent Street Weir. We gather at this point and enjoy fresh cold-pressed juices while we rest our legs. In the second half of the tour, our paddlers get to enjoy the hike while the hikers head off on the kayaks to return to our start point.

The tour is on a calm part of the river where there are no large motor boats or jet skis allowed. The area is sheltered with no waves.
