As part of this year’s Everlasting Ideas event in Kings Park, WA Loves Nature invites visitors to discover the fascinating world of bees and the important role they play in our environment.

Explore a colourful display of bee-friendly plants and learn which flowers provide valuable food for bees. Get a closer look at a working glass bee hive and discover how bees live, work and communicate. You can also check out home garden bee hotels and pick up ideas for creating a welcoming space for native bees in your own backyard.

There’s plenty for younger visitors too, with fun, hands-on activities including colouring-in and bee-themed craft. Come along, get creative and chat with the WA Loves Nature team, who will be on-hand to answer questions and share fascinating facts about bees and how we can all help support them.
