30-Day Wellness Challenge: Day 10 – Get artsy outside
We know a little bit of nature every day really does make you feel happier and healthier. As part of Spring into Parks, this September you can join our 30-day Wellness Challenge designed to encourage us all to get out and enjoy nature.
Get creative and paint a picture of the natural environment – plants, flowers, animals and birds or venture outdoors and sketch what you see. Alternatively, create a mandala or hanging mobile by collecting all natural objects from your local surroundings.
