Throughout the weekend, talented pitmasters will share their skills through live cooking demonstrations, revealing the secrets behind great barbecue. On Saturday, settle in for the AFL Grand Final on the big screen. Sunday is all about the smoke, flavour and competition, as teams go head-to-head in a KCBS-sanctioned BBQ showdown.
