30-Day Wellness Challenge: Day 25 – Try forest bathing

We know a little bit of nature every day really does make you feel happier and healthier. As part of Spring into Parks, this September you can join our 30-day Wellness Challenge designed to encourage us all to get out and enjoy nature.

Bathe your senses. Forest bathing (shinrin-yoku 森林浴) in Japanese, is being in the presence of trees. With Shinrin-yoku, you go to a natural area, see the trees, notice the season, breathe deeply, and start to relax your body and mind. Book a forest bathing session here.  Shinrin-yoku meditations in a Japanese forest can be found in this podcast.

As part of Spring into Parks you could also experience the below healing events;
