Wander and Flow Yoga Hike
Join us for a nourishing half-day retreat that blends mindful movement, nature, and connection as we explore one of the most rewarding hikes in the Perth Hills during wildflower season. We’ll begin with a 45-minute grounding and revitalising yoga practice, awakening the body, calming the mind, and preparing ourselves for the adventure ahead. Expect mindful movement, steady breath, and an energising start surrounded by nature.
From there, we’ll set off on a 6km Class 4 hike, taking approximately 2.5 hours, as we climb through jarrah forest to the breathtaking lookout at Baldwin Bluff. September is one of the most spectacular times to experience this trail, with vibrant wildflowers bursting into bloom and sweeping views waiting at the summit. This walk is designed to energise the body, challenge the mind, and invite you fully into the present moment. If you’re feeling brave, you’re invited to cool off with a refreshing dip in the waters of Serpentine Falls—the perfect way to revive tired legs after an unforgettable morning on the trail.
