About the Trail:
The Pop-up Wildflower Trail is a 1km scenic walk set on a limestone track that begins at the Frankland Park Sporting and Community Facility car park. As you follow the trail, you’ll encounter informational signs that provide fun and fascinating facts about the various wildflowers you’ll see along the way. This trail is a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the unique plant species native to the area.
Frankland Park is bustling with life, and if you’re lucky, you might spot a kangaroo during your walk. Early risers will particularly enjoy the trail for birdwatching, as the park is home to a variety of bush birds, including butcherbirds, wattlebirds, honeyeaters, and the endangered Carnaby’s Black-Cockatoo.
