Explore: World Rivers Day with Nearer to Nature
Celebrate World Rivers Day at Dyoondalup Point Walter by joining local scientists for a hands-on exploration of the Swan Canning Riverpark. This event offers participants the chance to learn about research, monitoring, and conservation efforts through interactive sessions covering fish, water quality, habitats, dolphins, pollutants, and birdlife. Participants will engage in hands-on activities while learning about the significance of the Riverpark to the Whadjuk people of the Noongar nation. A light lunch and opportunities to ask questions will be provided.
