Explore: Jabitj Trail Wellington National Park
Participants are invited to wander along the Jabitj Trail, meaning “running water” in the Noongar language, and leave the hustle and bustle behind to connect with nature. The journey will include sights of the magnificent mural on the Wellington Dam wall, hand-painted by Guido van Helten. The Jabitj Trail is a Grade 3 walk that follows the Collie River between Wellington Dam and Honeymoon Pool, featuring beautiful granite outcrops, rapids, and serene pools for dipping along the way.
Upon arrival at Honeymoon Pool, participants will enjoy a relaxing mindfulness session designed to restore energy levels before indulging in a nourishing platter and refreshments. With fuel in their bellies and energy levels restored, they will feel like they are walking on a dream as they make their way to the collection point for transport back to the Collie River Valley Visitors Centre.
