2025 Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting of the WA Parks Foundation will be held on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 5.00pm (WST) at the Perth Dinghy Sailing Club, 13 Hackett Drive, Crawley WA 6009.
Call for nominations for the Board of Directors
In accordance with clause 9 of the WA Parks Foundation (WAPF) Constitution, three (3) of the current Elected Directors will retire from office by rotation as follows:
- Hon. Kerry Sanderson AC CVO;
- Mrs Ainslie de Vos; and
- Hon. Albert Jacob.
Those retiring Elected Directors being eligible for re-election as Elected Directors may, subject to the requirements of the Constitution, choose to nominate again.
Hon. Kerry Sanderson AC CVO, Mrs Ainslie de Vos and Hon. Albert Jacob, each being eligible for re-election, have each advised that they wish to offer themselves for re-election and they have the unanimous support of the other Directors.
In accordance with clause 9.2 of the Constitution, other Members of the WAPF are eligible to nominate for vacant Board positions. A WAPF Member nominating for an elected Board Director position who is not already a Director must also be nominated by two other WAPF Members.
Please note that those nominating as a candidate and the supporting nominators must be financial Members of the WAPF.
Nominations must be received by the WAPF Secretary at secretary@ourwaparks.org.au not later than 5.00pm (WST) Monday 15 September 2025 using the Nomination Form.
