Explore: Sunset & Stargazing Hiking Experience

Embark on an unforgettable adventure witnessing the magical band of the Milky Way arching across the night sky from Sullivan Rock.

The journey begins with a hike from Sullivan Rock to Mt Vincent, traversing lush Jarrah and Banksia forests before ascending onto giant granite slopes to savor the sunset and take in the awe-inspiring views from the peak.

Indulge in a delicious gourmet spread of antipasto delights while watching the sky transition from daylight to dusk to darkness at the summit.

Returning to Sullivan Rock, participants will be guided through a mesmerizing exploration of the night sky by Astronomer Jacob Einam. Jacob will illuminate constellations, planets, and the wonders of the universe using a remarkable green laser pointer, followed by an opportunity to view them through a large telescope—an experience sure to leave everyone spellbound.

With a total hike distance of 5 km, the terrain may be uneven with a steep ascent/descent, so sturdy shoes with good grip are essential. However, the trail is achievable for most people.
