Featured: Poolgarla Family Day

Join the fun at Poolgarla Family Area in Kings Park for a delightful Everlasting Play Day, perfect for the whole family. This free event is part of the Spring into Parks celebration, coinciding with the vibrant wildflower season.
Children can enjoy a variety of nature-play activities, including cubby building with Educated By Nature, face painting by the Eco Faeries, and exploring Noongar culture with Milliyaan Aboriginal Services. There will be mini-world activities, storytelling, crafts, and more for younger participants.
Older children will have the chance to learn about environmental biodiversity and contribute to a beautiful weaving activity. The woven pieces will be part of a large-scale light installation for Boorna Waanginy: The Trees Speak, showcased during the EverNow Festival in October.
Entry is free and bookings are not required.
Presented by Spring into Parks, an initiative of the WA Parks Foundation, with support from Lotterywest.
