Margaret River Region Open Studios

Journey through the Margaret River region for the 13th year of the Margaret River Region Open Studios. This year’s lineup features 155 local artists. Explore studios tucked into converted barns, sea containers, railway carriages and artists’ homes, from Busselton to Augusta. See clay take shape on the wheel, sparks fly under a welders’ torch, and smell the linseed oil. Visit the studios of established artists – Leon Pericles, Christian Fletcher, Rob Malcolm, Mary-Lynne Stratton and Nathan Day – alongside emerging and mid-career artists you might be discovering for the very first time. Whether you’re browsing, buying or simply soaking it all in, there’s something here for every kind of art lover. An A3 Event Guide will be available closer to the event from Jackson’s Drawing Supplies, visitor centres and tourism venues. Studios generally open 10am–4pm daily, some open 12-6pm.
