Feature Event: Quenda Quiz

Join this fun, all-ages nature quiz and information session on the verandah at Herdsman Lake Discovery Centre and find out how you can take part in this year’s WA Gould League Quenda Quiz. In October each year, Citizen Scientists record the quenda in their patch to help the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA) monitor how well these beautiful marsupials are surviving in our suburbs. The Quenda Count is a collaboration between the WA Gould League and DBCA. Come by yourself or grab your family and friends and make up a table. All ages welcome. Prizes for the best wildlife themed costumes! In this session you’ll have fun while learning all you need to take part in this year’s Quenda Count!
