Millstream Chichester National Park offers a landscape of rolling hills and escarpments, that surround oases of deep gorges, tree-lined rivers and water pools and offers some of the best nature based camping opportunities in the Pilbara region.

The park covers an area of approximately 200,000 hectares around the Fortescue River. The run-off from the Hamersley Ranges flows via the river into an underground aquifer creating the permanent waters of the park.

The heartland of the Yindjibarndi people, the park has over 120 species of bird, 30 species of mammal, 150 species of reptile and 500 species of plants.
