Connecting with nature for well-being

Perth-based tour company Mindful in Nature has several new tours and experiences, all designed to foster a deeper connection with nature and promote health and well-being.

The Discover Forest Bathing in Dwellingup tour offers guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the tranquility of the forest in Perth’s Peel Region.

The monthly Forest Bathing Experience in Kings Park provides the opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with the natural world through guided mindfulness and sensory exercises. This gentle practice, inspired by the Japanese tradition of shinrin-yoku (forest bathing), offers a unique opportunity to reduce stress, improve well-being, and foster a deeper connection to nature.

There is also a new day retreat, the Forest Alchemy Day Retreat in Beelu National Park in the Perth Hills. Guests will participate in a transformative day featuring a silent walk, Qigong practice, and a nourishing vegetarian lunch, complemented by a follow-up 1:1 coaching session.

Mindful in Nature is a participant in the WA Park Foundations Spring into Parks campaign 2024.
