New Board Director welcomed
Chartered Accountant Leigh-Anne Meyerowitz CA has accepted an invitation to join the WA Parks Foundation Board.

Leigh-Anne Meyerowitz CA Hon Treasurer, WA Parks Foundation Board
Leigh-Anne brings extensive experience in the financial sector to her new role as Honorary Treasurer. She is a Group Director of one of Western Australia’s leading financial firms, Shakespeare Total Financial Solutions, and specialises in business consulting, tax planning, financial planning strategies and succession planning.
Leigh-Anne grew up in South Africa and since relocating to Western Australia has enjoyed visiting many of the state’s national parks.
“I love connecting with nature and being able to enjoy the great outdoors,” she said.
“Our parks have much to offer and it’s so important to preserve our unique landscape for future generations.”
WA Parks Foundation Chair, the Hon Kerry Sanderson AC CVO welcomed Leigh-Anne and extended thanks to outgoing Director and Hon Treasurer Ms Eva Skira AM for her significant and greatly appreciated contribution. Eva joined the WA Parks Foundation Board at its inception and has been Hon Treasurer since that time and has also chaired the Public Fund Committee. Her background in banking and finance was very useful as the Foundation worked to establish its operations.
Eva will maintain her links with the Foundation in her role on the Public Fund Committee and as a Park Ambassador.
A warm welcome was also extended to Dr Fran Stanley, Acting Deputy Director General for the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions, who has joined the Board as an ex officio member.
