Feature Event: Ways to be Wild: Wildflower Quest

Feature Event: Ways to be Wild: Wildflower Quest

Embark on a 5-kilometre, three-hour guided walk through John Forrest National Park and see the wildflowers, search for wildlife and uncover all the hidden treasures the forest has to offer. Along the way, experienced guides will share fascinating stories about the local flora, fauna and history of John Forrest National Park. Participants will become ‘wildflower detectives’, using a reusable Wildflower Quest field sheet to search for 12 hero species.

The guides will help bring each discovery to life through age-friendly interpretation, sharing memorable stories about identification, habitat, pollination, survival and cultural or ecological significance where appropriate.

There is one event in the morning from 8am to 11am and another in the afternoon from 12pm to 3pm. Numbers are strictly limited.
