Discover the amazing plants, animals and fungi that make the Walpole wilderness area so special. Spend the weekend exploring the forests, woodlands, heath, wetlands and granites alongside scientists, photographers, birdwatchers and other citizen scientists and help document our extraordinary diversity. This year, we are heading into the depths of the wilderness approximately 1hr drive from Walpole. Car pooling will be necessary as the tracks are suitable for 4WD only.  Registrations are now open with a briefing on Friday evening, dinner (tickets available at registration) Saturday evening and sundowner on Sunday evening.
