Adding a walk to your daily routine, whatever the season, is one of the most powerful things you can do to improve your physical health and mental health – to maintain a healthy weight, stay strong and live longer.

Encouraging people to stay active, the Bibbulmun Foundation’s Spring calendar has some excellent offerings, ranging from Social Sunday Walks led by volunteer guides, a leisurely L Plates Pub Plod for beginners and Over the Hill – a pleasant  Spring walk for the over 60s.

Also on offer are planning workshops for people preparing for the epic walk of a lifetime –hiking the Bibbulmun Track end to end.

WA eco-tourism business, Off The Beaten Track WA (OTBT) has launched its new program Hike-Ability to enrich the lives of West Australians living with a disability.

OTBT offers more than seventy safe, fun, inclusive experiences in a fully supported environment where people from all walks of life can connect.
